Editorial Policy
How Rewards Hub decides what to publish, and what we do when we get it wrong.
Our standard
A guide is only published if it clears at least two of these bars:
- It contains first-hand experience, testing, or original screenshots.
- It contains original data, a worked calculation, or a comparison table we built.
- It contains local (Pakistan / South Asia) specifics that generic articles miss.
- It is genuinely better structured and clearer than what currently ranks.
If a planned article cannot clear that bar, we do not publish it that day. We would rather post four useful guides a week than seven forgettable ones.
How we research
We start from primary sources — the provider's own terms, official rates, regulator pages — rather than other blogs. Where we test something ourselves, we say so and show what we saw. Where we rely on someone else's data, we link to it.
Money topics
Articles about earning, saving or spending money carry extra scrutiny. We avoid hype, refuse to promise income, do not publish payment proofs, and flag risk plainly. Where a method has downsides, the downsides go in the article, not a footnote.
Use of AI
AI tools may be used for research assistance, outlining and copy editing. They are not used to mass-produce articles. Every published guide is directed, fact-checked and edited by a human who is accountable for it, and carries a named author.
Corrections
When we get something wrong we fix it in the article itself and add a dated note at the bottom explaining what changed. We do not quietly delete mistakes. Report an error to hello@rewardshub.me.
Updates
Guides that depend on prices, rules or third-party tools are reviewed periodically. When an article is substantially revised, its "updated" date changes and the revision is noted.
Independence
Advertisers and affiliate partners have no say in our editorial coverage. We do not accept payment for a positive review, and we do not publish sponsored posts disguised as editorial. Any commercial relationship affecting an article is disclosed in that article.
