This policy explains what Rewards Hub (https://rewardshub.me) collects, why, and what control you have. Questions go to hello@rewardshub.me.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us. Your email address if you subscribe, and the name, email and message you enter into the contact form.
  • Information collected automatically. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) and analytics data described below.

We do not ask for, and you should never send us, financial account details, passwords or identity documents.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. This site uses:

  • Essential cookies — session and security (CSRF) cookies required for forms to work. These cannot be switched off.
  • Analytics cookies — Google Analytics 4, used to understand which articles are read and how people arrive.
  • Advertising cookies — set by our advertising partners, as described in the next section.

You can accept or reject non-essential cookies using the consent banner shown on your first visit, and change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Advertising and third-party vendors

Rewards Hub displays advertising to fund its work.

Where required, we operate Google Consent Mode: advertising and analytics storage are denied by default until you consent.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic in aggregate. It processes data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and referral source. Google's handling of this data is described in its Privacy Policy.

Email subscriptions

If you subscribe, we store your email address to send occasional article round-ups. We do not sell, rent or share subscriber lists. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your address at any time.

How long we keep data

Server logs are kept for up to 12 months. Contact-form messages are kept while the matter is open and for a reasonable period afterwards. Subscriber emails are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict its processing. Email hello@rewardshub.me and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the limited data we hold.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on the homepage.
